More Babysitting

I am now going to be babysitting my niece Sky as well as my baby brothers once Sept. starts. My lil sis wants to actually go to high school for her senior year and so I have agreed to watch Sky while she goes to school. She will be gone from 6:30am to about 3:30pm, so I will be watching her about 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, so a lot longer then I will be babysitting my baby brothers. Total a week I’ll only be babysitting them about 10/1/2 hours, but for Sky i will be babysitting her about 45 hours a week.

Trying for Another Baby

Now that Timmy and I are moved into our new house, we have decided to start trying for another baby once we get married in Sept., we will prolly start trying on our honeymoon, lol. We are both so excited as we can’t wait to expand our family and this time we both want a lil girl, and Max says he really wants a lil sister. So hopefully we get our girl, but if not then oh well, we have plenty of tries to get a girl lol, since we both want 10 kids, :D.

Moved in

We are all moved in to our new house, Fri. was the day we moved all the main things in, and Sat. and today we unpacked boxes and got almost everything away, there’s only a few odds and ends that I still hafta find places for. It feels great to have everything moved in and away, and I’m so excited to spend the first night in our new house as one big, happy family, :D.

Kellie and Kate

Yesterday Kellie and Kate got married (technically a civil-union, since we live in New Jersey), and I am so happy for them and so happy that New Jersey at least allows civil-unions. They are both so happy and so thrilled to be married and I think it’s so amazing that they are together and happy and are loving each other like they want too, and aren’t afraid of their feelings.

Max’s Birthday and Party

Max had so much fun on his birthday (June 3rd), Timmy, Max, and I spent a good portion of the day doing what Max wanted, without the twins. We went to Max’s fav park in the morning, ate at his fav restaurant for lunch, he picked out 2 toys he wanted at the mall and he played at the indoor playground at the mall for awhile in the afternoon, we then came home and played in the pool for an hour.

Then it was time to go to Max’s 2nd fav restaurant for dinner, and this time it was my whole family and Timmy’s family, then after it was time for presents and cake.

Max got so much stuff for his birthday, but I think his fav things are the 3 things Timmy got for him. Which are a razor scooter, a skateboard, and a pair of roller skates.

He has already mastered the razor scooter, which doesn’t surprise me since he can already ride a two wheeler without training wheels, and a scooter is easier then that.

He can stay up on the roller skates now, but can't go too fast with them yet or he'll fall down, but he's getting better at skating.

He also had a ton of fun at his birthday party with all of his friends (June 5th from 5pm to 8pm), him and his friends loved running around and climbing and they loved the train ride and the puppet show and they loved the character (a Dalmatian) coming and doing some balloon animals. They also loved the food and cake, and Max loved all the presents he got, lol he now has so many new things that we still are opening new things everyday.

2 years old!!!!

Max is now 2 years old, OH LORDY, I so can’t believe it, my lil man is such a big boy, :).

He is now 35 pounds and 42 inches. He is the average weight of a 4 year old boy and the average height of a 4.5 year old boy. He’s my tall, skinny boy, :). He is now wearing size 11 shoes, just started too, before he was in size 10.5, which he was in for 6 months (the longest he was in any shoe size so far lol). Most of the time he grew out of a shoe size within a month or two.

He is getting a bit better at reading the step 3 books, but still needs lots of help. He is now really good at adding 1 digit to 2 digits, and subtracting 2 digits from 1 digit, and he’s improving on being able to add and subtract with 2 digits added/subtracted from 2 digits, esp. with the lower numbers (from 10 to 30) he’s really good, and getting better with the numbers higher then 30. His writing and spelling are continuing to improve as always. I so can’t believe all my lil man can do at only 2 years old, it’s so amazing, :).

I got Max and Joey some dog agility stuff just like I had planned and Max is having tons of fun teaching Joey to use the equipment. I bought an open tunnel, a bar jump, a closed tunnel, a ring jump, and weave poles. I got them about 3 weeks ago, and so far Max has taught Joey to go through the open tunnel when straight and when curved as well, and he is currently teaching him to jump over the bar, and Joey can do it some of the time, but still knocks the bar over about half of the time. Once Max has taught him all 5 of the pieces then he says they are gonna go for faster and faster times, just like in a real dog agility competition. And once they’ve mastered that stuff we might get more dog agility stuff, like more jumps, an A-frame, a seesaw, etc.

Max got a razor scooter, roller skates, and a skateboard for his birthday (from his daddy), so he should have a lot of fun learning how to use those, I know he’s very excited to try them out.

Max’s birthday party is in 2 days and he is so excited about it, we have about 30 kids coming (Ranging in age from about 1.5 years to almost 9 years old), and lots of adults too, lol, not sure exactly how many as I don’t know how many of the parents will stay.

MAX IS 2 YEARS OLD!!!!!! :D

6 months old!!!!

Colt and Liam are now 6 months old today, they are growing up so fast, it seems like I just had them yesterday and now they are already a half a year old.

Colt can now belly crawl like a champ, he started belly crawling 2 days after him and Liam turned 5 months old, so he’s had almost a month to perfect it and he has lol, he’s so fast at belly crawling. He can also now sit up on his own for as long as he wants, just started that about a week ago, and he also started getting up onto his hands and knees a few days ago, so he’s getting ready for regular crawling now, lol, oh boy, then I’m really gonna be in trouble lol. A few weeks ago when I had him standing up, with me holding both of his hands (which he loves to do), he stayed standing for about a half hour, lol he wouldn’t let me sit him down cuz he was having too much fun standing up, most of the time before that he’d want to sit down after a few minutes, and about 10 minutes was the longest he’d latest before that, and know he loves standing up for awhile at a time, esp. when we are watching TV. He still loves watching Blue’s Clues, and gets so excited when it comes on. When the TV isn’t on (which it isn’t most of the time) he would rather be down on the floor belly crawling or sitting or trying to crawl the regular way. He has also now learned how to get himself into a sitting position, by first getting up onto his hands and knees and then folding his legs under and pushing himself up, it takes him a lil bit, but he can do it, he just did it today for the first time, and has done it 3 times already today.

Liam just started liking to have me stand him up for a few minutes at a time a few days after he was 5 months old, before that if I tried to stand him up he’d scream lol. He can last about 5 to 6 minutes before he wants to sit down. At about 5/1/2 months old he learned to turn himself around in a circle on his belly, and then a day later he learned to do it on his back too. He also can now roll over from tummy to back, which he just mastered 3 days ago. He’s already been trying to roll over from back to tummy as well, but hasn’t mastered that as of yet. Liam also started babbling about a week or so after they turned 5 months old, and now he’s really into having a “conversation” lol, he’ll babble something, and then I’ll say something to him (or whomever he is “talking” too) and he’ll babble back, it’s so cute. And sometimes he’ll just keep babbling like he’s telling me a story or something. And sometimes Liam and Colt will babble back and forth with each, which is really adorable. Liam has really gotten into watching the Baby Einstein videos, just a few weeks ago he really started paying attention to them. They are the only thing he really pays attention to, he doesn’t pay attention when anything else is on TV, lol.

Colt is now 14 pounds and 24.5 inches and Liam is 16 pounds and 26.5 inches. Liam is still steadily gaining more weight and height then Colt, and so he is now 2 pounds and 2 inches bigger.

Colt is in 3 to 6 months old clothes, and has been since just about when he was 5 months old. Liam has been in size 3 to 6 month old clothes since about 4 months old, and soon he’ll prolly be fitting into 6 to 9 month old clothes.
