2 days ago we finally found a house we love, it’s a Colonial Style house and it has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, a huge open eat in kitchen, although while not exactly my style it is brand new and I can def. live with it lol. It also has a huge full finished basement, over a 1,000 square feet of it, that they call the Rec Room, and we will be using as a playroom. It has a 3 car garage, a pool and spa, and they are already gated off from the rest of the yard, and it’s a big property at 2.85 acres. And one of the best parts is that it’s less than 2 miles away from both our parents houses, and it’s also less then 2 miles away from the private school Max will be going to for Kindergarten in Sept. I am so thrilled, I so can’t wait to move in. We found the house and signed everything all yesterday and the closing date will be on June 14th, as the people who own this house already bought another and want to move on ASAP. We are hoping to be moved in by the end of the month, once closing has happened we are planning on painting most of the rooms, before we actually move in, as most of the colors aren’t our style at all.
The house was on the market for $950,000 and we offered the full asking price as there was 2 other offers on the table and we didn’t wanna miss out. And we got the house cuz the other 2 offers were below the asking price.
We found our dream house a lot quicker then either of us anticipated, and Timmy and I are so thrilled, we so can’t wait to paint and then move in

your inlaws payed almost a million bucks for your house? that seems ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteThey payed the down payment for the house yes, not the whole thing, we are still going to have a mortage to pay.

ReplyDeleteMy finace and i have alot of money saved up, as both of us have been making money since we were really young, and we get money every year from family that we have saved up too. And my finace has a job and once he finshes college (which should be by May 2011) he'll have an even better paying job, and i work sometimes too (as a babysitter). So for now we have the money saved that we will need and after my fiance finishes college we should have enough coming in. If u don't believe, that's ur choice, but it's all true.
ReplyDeletei just dont see how its possible that your son is like amazingly (unbelievably...) advanced AND you have the possibility of owning a million dollar house. no 18 yr olds where i live could even get anything CLOSE to that.
ReplyDeleteWhile i know what Max can do is amazing and i can see how it could seen unbelievable, it's true, whether u want to believe it or not is ur choice.
ReplyDeleteAnd i wouldn't be able to afford a million dollar house if it wasn't for my in-laws, they are the best and i'm am very grateful to them for being so generous to my family.
